01General Terms

Jita7 (jita7.click) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Jita7 and its users. By accessing our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these terms from the moment you begin using the platform.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Jita7. Failure to comply may result in registration being cancelled or the account being suspended.

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age — accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all will be terminated.
• The name, address, phone number, and email you provide at registration must be accurate and belong to you.
• Opening an account using someone else's information or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Jita7 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time — failure to comply may result in account restrictions.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

03Deposit & Payment Methods

Jita7 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Always use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit — Jita7 is not responsible for failed credits resulting from incorrect information.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (Fifty Thousand BDT).
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.
• A confirmation SMS or email will be sent once your deposit is complete.
• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, Jita7 may temporarily suspend the account pending verification.

Jita7 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply a transaction fee — this is entirely subject to your provider's own policy.

04Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings, your account verification must be complete and all wagering requirements attached to any relevant bonus must be met. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will be sent within the specified timeframe.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (BDT five hundred).
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Two Lakh BDT).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if unusual activity is detected on the account.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jita7's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms. Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — applicable on the first deposit.
• Minimum odds may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.
• If multiple individuals from the same household or device claim a bonus, it may be considered void.
• Bonus abuse and arbitrage betting are strictly prohibited — any account found in violation will be suspended.
• Jita7 reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days from the date of issue and will be automatically removed upon expiry.

06Betting Rules

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, Lottery, High Roller, and Live Casino games on Jita7. However, certain general rules apply across all categories.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — please verify all details before placing your bet.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, Jita7 reserves the right to void or reprocess that bet.
• Odds fluctuate during live matches — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake amount for the affected bet will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is found, the relevant bet will be voided and the account may be subject to investigation.
• Lottery draws are conducted entirely via RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly audited by a third party.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jita7 platform. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

• Operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Registering using a fake identity or impersonating another person.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Arbitrage or collusion betting to exploit bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.

08Responsible Gaming

Jita7 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly and provide every tool they need to do so.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you deposit.

10Account Closure & Fund Forfeiture

• Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of false documentation.
• If an account is found to belong to a minor.
• Suspicion of financial crime or money laundering.

11Limitation of Liability

Jita7 makes every effort to provide reliable and uninterrupted service on its platform. However, Jita7 will not be held liable in the following circumstances.

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or the user's own device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Account credentials leaked due to user negligence.
• Force majeure — service interruption due to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

12Changes & Updates

Jita7 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The version published on the website following any changes will be considered the binding version.

• You will be notified by email or SMS of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
